This property sits just North of Peru.

The triangle shaped woods along US 31 is approximately 13 acres. The hardwood ravine has a nice creek at the bottom. Good stand locations were noted at several of the creek crossings. The edge provides at least 2 nice stand locations as well.

Parking would be best on the north side along the road. There is actually a good landing for at least 2 pickup trucks.

In Indiana you can Archery hunt all of hunting season. During the gun seasons you will put on the required orange outerwear.
