Paul Krause has lived in Wisconsin for over 30 years and has hunted just about all of its 72 counties. Paul's passion for the outdoors goes well beyond hunting or heading into the woods on the weekend. "Ever since I could remember, I was in the woods with my Grandfather or Father, growing up in the U.P. of Michigan."

Paul's friends and his two daughters will tell you that if you want to spend any time with him from September through February you are going have to head out into the woods with him. Along with fishing, bow hunting for whitetails/ turkey Paul enjoys the outdoors in general. This love for the outdoors has given him a keen eye to verify signs and food sources for species that others may miss.

After graduating from high school in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Paul joined the United Association of Journeyman Plumbers and Pipe fitters where he was a member for over 25 years. Those years of dedication and commitment in the Building Trades landed Paul a Marketing Director position with the plumbers in Milwaukee/Madison area.

The 12th edition of the Boone and Crockett Club's Records of North American Big Game lists Wisconsin as the top state in terms of entries of white-tailed deer with trophy antlers with 627 entries.
