This hunting lease is leased and not available. 200-acre deer and turkey hunting lease in Grant County. This property is right across the road from Base Camp Lease 10,011 and owned by same family. As mentioned in that listing, family is busy farming and simply have not hunted either of these properties much over the past several years. Time to let someone else enjoy it.

This property would be an A+ in my opinion if it were not pastured, but landowner must make a living and raising cattle is how they do that. Cattle tend to be rotationally moved around the property along with the various crops that are planted, but just want to make sure you all know that cattle can be present on the property throughout the year. The property is large and has good movement to it, thus deer should feel secure and still have places for bedding. Landowners report seeing a lot of deer and turkeys, and have had good success over the years when they did hunt.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay when weather and ground conditions permit. Landowner is open to allowing camping for hunting related activities with permission as to where and when. I did not see any real opportunities for food plots since open ground is either already in ag or being pastured. Landowner would like to be contacted prior to your visits to the property.
