Located just a few miles southwest of Merrill is this good piece of whitetail habitat. This relatively flat piece of property has a good mix of habitat. Some thick areas give way to more open hardwoods along with a couple of small areas that can hold some water. Plenty of deer sign was present during my inspection. Tracks, trails, scrapes, and rubs were all spotted during inspection. There are 2 cabled entrances to the property, each leads to a logging road providing stealthy access to all areas of the property. Crop fields are located both south and north of this property providing good food opportunities for the deer. Plenty of mature trees for stands throughout the property. Respectful use of Atv's is allowed for hunting related purposes when weather and ground conditions permit. Lodging and other amenities are only minutes away in Merrill. No nails, screws, or screw in tree steps allowed.
