This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 385 acre property is located in the Northwestern corner of Kanawha county. The terrain is rolling ridges and should hunt very nicely. The timber is all mature with lots of hardwoods including tons of red and white oaks. I found a couple early white oaks that were dropping that the deer were hitting hard during my inspection. Several gas line roads and old logging trails are present to make accessing the property easy. Property is located behind 2 locked gates and the landowner has a surveillance camera at the entrance to help keep an eye on it. I found several old rubs and some good trails working across the ridges during my inspection. A couple fields are present on the property and could be planted in food plots if desired. Camping and ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.

Landowner does visit the property about once a month to check on things. He has a location just as you enter the field where he normally sets up and camps when visiting. This is an investment property, and the landowner is looking for long term tenants to build a working relationship with.
