This hunting lease is leased and not available. I inspected these 80 acres after some overnight showers and discovered a large population of fresh deer tracks crossing in and out of the neighboring crop fields. The entire property is rolling native grass hills and wooded draws, all of which is excellent game habitat. In the native grass fields, I could see deer trails weaving their way to the wooded draws and towards food sources. At the wooded draws there are plenty of excellent tree stand locations. I can imagine the view on stand at 20' watching deer working their way through that native grass, pure adrenalin! I bumped a nice velvet buck bedded at the northern tip of the woods on the east end, that's him in the photo. The lease has great access yet still plenty of seclusion to hold game. This property will also provide some excellent pheasant, quail, dove, and turkey hunting. There are quality hotels and dining within 35 minutes of the property either in Pawnee City or Beatrice Nebraska.
