I have to say I was thrilled to sign this one and it's been a great ride so far. We are in Hickman County on this 185-acre of mixed pines and hardwoods. There are a series of ridges that make up this property. You'll find several openings that could be food plotted in the future with a bit of work. I noted one box stand that is ready for the upcoming season. All the other blinds that were seen may be in disrepair. I found both deer and turkey signs during my inspection. There is a year-round creek at the front of the lease. I cut my teeth deer hunting in Hickman County in 1977. It had a ton of deer then and still does. There have been some real brutes taken in this county through the years. The landowner plans to build a cabin in the future, so much to look forward to here. Respectful ATV/UTV use for hunting purposes only is allowed. The hunting is great now, so don't miss it.
