Perry County is in Unit L because of great deer numbers, and hunters are known to knock down a few good ones from time to time here. This 44-ac is an excellent addition to our TN leases. There are springs on the property, so the game has a constant water source. You have a logging road here and there to get you onto the ridges. I noted multiple stand locations while on the lease. I saw droppings, tracks, and trails here. There are a few small openings that you could plant in a micro food plot. Just an excellent, affordable lease about 20 mins or so from I-40 near Lobelville.
