This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Walked and drove this beautiful Marshall County property. There is an abundant amount of timber and cover on this property. 16 ponds scattered around the property and two live creeks. There were lots and lots of deer tracks covering the property and I saw 13 deer driving the timber. I also noticed several turkey tracks and spotted about 25 hogs running the timber line. There is good quail hunting on this property also. Landowner states there has been several bob cats spotted in the wintertime and there is also good dove hunting around the ponds. The ponds should be great place for waterfowl hunting and fishing too. Plus, on the south end of the property it backs up to Lake Texoma. So, you have 16 ponds to waterfowl hunt and fish and the lake to fish also. This property will make some hunters a great place to harvest that nice southern Oklahoma whitetail. This will be a great year around lease for the avid hunter.
There is livestock on the property,
Stands, feeders, blinds, four wheelers all welcome on this property.
This great property will not last long.
There is also a place to park your RV if needed. but you will need to get with the landowner on that.
Landowner will be showing property: ***Must contact Oklahoma Basecamp Leasing Agent to get Landowners contact information to inspect***
