This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here is a 100-ac prime deer hunting lease in Marion County, Kentucky, that any hunter would love a shot at. Guys, there has been a Booner taken here in the past. I've added a pic of a double drop tine from 2016; the genetics are here. It really didn't require an inspection with this history, but if you know me, you'll always get fresh photos of my properties. The landowner and two other sons live in three residences on the farm. I counted 8 cows in a field on the NW side of the property (not full run of the farm). There are about 16 acres in crop rotation here, with several acres across the center portion of the lease. The field near the road on NE may have a few horses in the future. I found plenty of deer sign, including a few old rubs—good timber with Oaks, Hickory, etc. I saw two chestnut trees on the NE section woods edges. I get pumped every time I sign one up here, but this one, I can't wait to see what gets dragged out here.
