This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 38-acre tract is located just outside of Aulander North Carolina. It is all wooded, planted pines. The rows should give good views with a little trimming. Access is from the North along the railroad tracks. ATV and camping are acceptable on this lease. Property is located at the end of a dead-end street. I found several tracks leading out of the pines to the little grassy opening along the railroad tracks during my inspection. The property did have a good amount of standing water in the pines when I inspected it. This was during a wet time in late winter. I suggest inspecting the property prior to placing a nonrefundable deposit, to see the current conditions.
