All I can say is WOW! Look at this giant ranch, that will be a big producer during deer season....This is a working cattle farm with numerous sectional fencings. This place is so big that, there will always be hundreds of acres with no cattle roaming. The deer density is high, and the rifle & bow hunting should be fantastic. A few box blinds and ladder stands and you will have the makings of a great lease. Long range rifle shots will be common and there will be plenty of short-range bow situations throughout the ranch. ATV's must stay on established roads, unless authorized by landowner to venture off road
All gates must be left as you find them.
NO drugs or drug paraphernalia on the property
The landowner would like a meet & greet with everyone on the lease before any hunting transpires.
The landowner would like a text or phone call before arriving to hunt.
Tree trimming with permission only.
Remove all property by Jan 31 unless lease is renewed.
You must provide the landowner with a picture of all vehicles and license plates
