This hunting lease is leased and not available. 37 acres in Wood County. This is a "Deer and Turkey" lease only. This all wooded relatively flat piece of property is full of deer sign. During my inspection I was totally surprised at the amount of deer sign that is on this property. Heavy trails, rubs, and tracks seemed to be everywhere. There is a great mix of habitat on this property. Hardwoods, oaks, pines, thick cover, a couple of fruit trees, a small creek running through the property are all ingredients for great deer habitat. This property also has a great trail system throughout it to provide stealthy access to all areas of the lease. Plenty of mature trees will provide ample spots for stand placement. As you can see from the aerials this piece of property lies in the middle of a larger block of timber, making this a great travel corridor for wandering bucks during the rut. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. The possibility of food plots is ok with permission from the landowner as to where. Camping is also a possibility.

The landowner would like to meet the hunters initially. This lease is set to end on June 1, 2022. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed. No tree cutting.
