Located in the Chippewa Hills just to the west of Ottawa, and only 1.5 miles from the interstate, this piece looks to be dang near perfect.
Approximately half of the property is heavily wooded and very rugged, the rest is open grass and/ or crops.
There are some old trails through the woods, but they have not been used in many years and are overgrown. The owner is hoping to open these back up at some point.
No cattle will be on the property.
