This hunting lease is leased and not available. 480 Acre lease in La Moure County. Property is being split from larger parcel. 160 Acre parcel is mainly cropland but has a couple small wetlands on the east and west side of the property along with an East to West running shelter belt. Landowners plant corn and soybeans and practice no till farming, so there will be plenty of residue left on the ground. The second parcel has a nice thick shelter belt running north to south with plenty of deer sign. On the day of inspection, I kicked out several deer from the trees, as well as a few pheasants. In the center of this property is a nice wetland that was loaded with waterfowl. This property also adjoins 160 acres of Plots land for additional hunting opportunities. There could be some good field hunting of waterfowl on both parcels.

No driving in unharvested crops or in fields if conditions are muddy.
