This hunting lease is leased and not available.
If you know me, you know I get torn up when I can add a farm in Breckenridge County, Kentucky. See, I know of many bruisers that have been taken in the county through the years. This 454-ac jewel could easily hold a giant or two in its boundaries, guys. It's a few years post timber harvest. Some areas were cut harder than others, but as you will see in the pictures, plenty of great stand locations only need your presence. I only wish I could hunt here. This is my kind of property. So many logging roads get you in many off-grid spots it's not funny. There are spots for small and large food plots, so seek the landowner's graces on those. I found an old box blind, and there may be other stands on the lease, use at own risk. The neighbor I met said there are tons of deer around here, and the trails confirm that. This lease has all the potential for a hunt club property that you can make your own. The lease is primarily gentle terrain, but there is some steeper ground near the waterfall, FYI.
**Top five all-time county for me in KY, D. Houston Agent**

**Beware, there is a waterfall with a 50ft drop, use caution in that area**
