If I've seen a smaller lease that could produce significantly for a BCL member, this is it. We have this 34-ac lease with various kinds of timber, including hardwoods, cedars, and pines. It has thick and more open timber. There are a few pinch points I noted. Also, a small field will have crops rotated on it annually, and the deer are using it. I did bump into a few deer during my inspection. There is also a lake on the property that the deer use as a water source. I found a few fresh rubs in a small valley on the east end of the property near the lake. Just an outstanding lease in an excellent county for giant Kentucky whitetails. There may be a few heads of cattle in the fields on the northwest end of the lease from time to time.
