This hunting lease is leased and not available. We have a really nice property in Erie county that has 376 acres of mixed woods and row crops. It also has a 5 acre pond that the landowner stocked with Northern Pike.The road divides the property nearly in half which should allow you to hunt either side without causing too much pressure. Upon inspection I found multiple heavily used deer trails, rubs and scrapes as pictured. The amount of tracks were ridiculous, there are really good deer numbers here. You should have no problem filling your buck AND doe tag. I also saw signs of turkeys and coyotes. You are allowed to fish the pond and respectful ATV use to hang stands and retrieve harvest. When riding in the fields only ride along the edges, DO NOT ride thru the crops. The landowner's son lives on the property. The landowner is a real nice guy and he lives about 3 miles down the road. Camping is allowed but there are no utilities. Managed right and this could turn out to be a real honey hole
