This hunting lease is leased and not available. Big Suburban Bucks!!! Here is a 195-acre farm with over forty acres of woods and cover west of Dayton near Trotwood Ohio. Check out the aerial photos and you can see this property lays out well. You have hidden crop fields and plenty of fence rows to hunt. Most of the woods were thick gnarly cover and may take a little effort to create some trails for the deer and yourself to use. Most of the hunting will be on the edges, but many of the fields are well hidden and should have great action. The most open woods are at the west end. I found tracks, rubs, and scrapes on inspection. There is access from all directions to play the wind. Be mindful of the houses, and there is a rental house on the property to stay clear of. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only and no camping allowed. Everything you need is close by. Good chance a slammer buck, or two, lives here!!
