This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Barber county leases don't become available very often, so today is your lucky day!
These 817 acres is all pasture ground, with most of it being rough and rugged. As you can tell by the pictures, most of the trees were burned in the Anderson Creek wildfire that went through in 2016. Since then, the grass and brush have grown back thicker than ever, and the deer habitat looks good. The burned trees are still standing creating a really neat, if not eerie setting.
Cattle and one buffalo will be on the property year-round, so you will need to fence off your feeders to keep them out.
There are three ponds to provide water sources.
Crops are on the neighbors to the east and west.
Deer unit 16.
***THIS LEASE WILL END DECMEMBER 31 EVERY YEAR***
