This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is one of those properties that really has the potential to produce some great deer. I jumped a couple different groups of deer while inspecting and the property is covered up in sign. Farm has a lot of different terrain features and good cover making for some great bedding habitat. Fields are planted in row crops in a corn/soybean rotation depending on weather. The fields are up on top and then the wood lots fall off from there down into some great looking creek bottoms that I know the bucks have to be using. This creek bottom is the main water source for Whitewater State Park which is just about a mile to the South. There is no telling what will come up this drainage from the State Park during the rut. The Liberty Country Club golf course is also just to the North East of this lease. There is a rail road track that splits the Southern wood lot, these tracks should help you with access to some of the more remote areas of the lease. The woods along the West side are big and open, the wood lot in the center of the lease on the South end is old grown up pasture and is so thick you can't hardly walk through it. Main access to lease is via gated access along the East side, there is another gated access point located in the South West corner. I don't get a lot of leases in this area so don't let this one get by you.
