This hunting lease is leased and not available. A sweet little 42-acre farm being offered for lease in Wayne County that is made up of CRP, timber, and row crops. The CRP consists of the tree program and provides great cover for the deer moving through this property, as they head to the ag fields. I found a lot of nice rubs and heavily used deer trails while walking the property. I've uploaded a couple of recent trail cam pictures and a harvest photo. During the pre-rut / rut, the deer are traveling through this farm quite a bit. As you will see in the aerial photo, there are a couple of nice places to hang a stand, especially once you see how the deer are traveling back and forth through the CRP. There are some nice oak trees that should provide a good acorn crop, weather permitting. Overall, I liked this property.

*Lease runs 1 August through 15 February

*No trucks are to be driven on the farm

*The use of screw in steps and nails are prohibited

*ATV use permitted for hunting purposes only � please stay out of row crops
