This hunting lease is leased and not available.
The property is made up of timber, row crops and water. The stream that runs through the east side of the property had plenty of water but I'm unsure if this stream is seasonal or year-round. I took a photo exactly where I crossed it on foot. Once you are on the farm, you will see a couple of places where you will need to hang a stand based on the flow of the stream. There are plenty of oak trees, as many of them are still holding their leaves, which will show in the photos. With the number of oaks and weather permitting, there should be a good crop of acorns. On the east side of the property, there is a 6-to-7-foot buffer that separates the timber from the row crops, so you can easily navigate around the farm. There is a strip of timber that runs north and south that adjoins the neighboring property to the south, do not overlook this section of the farm. The day I walked the property the deer were traveling through this section. In the northwest corner of the aerial photo, you will see a blue box. This is where the landowner's daughter lives. She has a white Great Pyrenees that is used just what it's meant for, livestock guardian dog. The dog did come up to my truck for a minute or two, while I was putting on my rubber boots but then walked back to the yard.
