This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease has a nice section of timer that runs east and west, which the deer are using to traveling through. On the far west side there is a good section of timber that borders the railroad tracks, which would be a great place to hang a stand during the pre-rut / rut. The stream that runs through this property is more than likely seasonal. However, there should hold water during the fall and winter months, which will be a plus. Not all but many sections inside the timber had plenty of underbrush to provide good cover. As I've said before, it's tough to depict the underbrush when everything surrounding it is dormant. If you look at the aerial photo, there is one spot that stands out, this is where I would hang my first stand. Nice farm that could end up being very rewarding.

*Trucks are not permitted to be driven on the property.
