The three woody drainages below the crop and hay fields look like ideal habitat for the wildlife. The rolling terrain will provide several nice vantage points to set up shooting blinds. I jumped a flock of turkeys that flew off like a covey of quail, and covey of quail that ran off like a flock of turkeys.
The one plus acre pond should be good fishing, as well as for waterfowl.
