This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a nice Eastern Kentucky farm with easy access and plenty of good deer sign. I walked this property in early February and saw plenty of fresh tracks and jumped a group of does off of the Northern hillside of lease. There are a couple of nice benches that run around the hills that will make for some great stand sites and a good open shooting area. A nice pine thicket on lease and a larger one adjoining will make for some great thermal cover during the winter months. I could feel the temperature difference the day of inspection and being on a south facing slope it should make for a great bedding area that will hold deer.

In an area like this the ability to bait will really help and draw in the deer from surrounding properties. I think if you keep a feeder going throughout the year and don't pressure your main spots too much that you will have the opportunity at some good deer. There are two nice little ponds that are in the middle of the woods that should be a main water source for deer throughout the year and a big draw to keep deer close by. ATV/UTV use ok for hunting purposes only.
