I get asked about big farms in Ohio, so here is maybe the best large farm I have ever listed, and in famous Adams County to boot. Just look at all the big rubs I took pictures of!!! I could talk about this 455-acre farm all day, but here is a list of just some of the words that describe this property: points, fingers, ravines, funnels, hardwoods, bedding, cedars, white oaks, valleys, rolling terrain, corn, beans, turkeys, hidden fields, hidden ponds, and big mature bucks. There is about 145-acres of non-tillable woods, cover etc. on the farm. Originally there were some cattle that were summered in a couple of the draws, but the landowner had them removed to improve the hunting. Now, there are just a few cows in the small 1-acre field behind the barn. This property will hunt huge, and it is easy to get well off the road. There is access from multiple directions to play the wind. The landowner is great, and he is willing to work with you if you want food plots. Also, he plants a cover crop in the fields after harvest, which is a big deer draw and bonus.
