This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here are two farms combined into one. The north farm is made up of timber, creek, a buffer strip of warm season grasses, and consists of fourteen acres.**The outlined green area shows the CRP buffer strip on the south end of the farm.** While walking this farm, I jumped up two deer towards the south end that was were bedded along the timbers edge in this buffer strip. It also becomes extremely wide, providing additional cover not only for the deer but the pheasants, too. I put up several pheasants as I walked this farm. There are several places along the timbers edge where you can either hang a stand or use a ladder stand. For only being fourteen acres, this was not a bad looking farm. On the south farm, the 80 acres, this farm is made up of timber, a creek running through the farm, and has warm season grasses as buffer strip. The timber on this farm is thin and would only be good for deer hunting before all the leaves fall off. However, it is still open to turkey, pheasant, and deer, and this farm does have pheasants. Photos are labeled as 14A & 80A to differentiate the two properties.
