If the saying, big things come in small packages holds true, then this 40-acre farm fits the bill. Complete seclusion with no roads bordering any side of the property. This lease is made up of timber, row crops, CRP, water, and bedding. With the ag fields being as secluded as they are, and absolutely no road traffic, I could not imagine the deer in this area not being in those ag fields during the daylight hours. There are a couple of different ways you can hunt this farm, and in my mind, there's only one way, and the aerial photo will clearly paint that picture. Even though this is a smaller farm, there are numerous places to hang a stand, and again, the aerial photo will show you these locations.
