Check out this 112-ac Monroe County Kentucky Hunting Lease tucked away outside Tompkinsville. It consists of hardwoods, cedars, and pines. I really like this property, and I believe you will as well. The terrain has contours. I traveled some of the property by UTV and on foot with no problems. The deer are here. I literally walked 10 feet into the lease and began seeing sign. Deer trails are evident, with a few rubs and droppings. The valley did have a couple of spots that could be food plotted. There is steep ground on the south side of the property, and I did see deer trails in a few locations on that side. Nice lease for a great price, so why not make it yours?
