This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Putnam County is known for some good bucks taken now and then but also for wild hogs, and they are here. This 158-ac mostly wooded lease with a power line through the south end, not too far from Cookeville. I noted several places you can access and move north across this property. The property appears mostly hardwoods but also had a cedar thicket the deer some to be fond of on the SW end of the lease. Good place to park and enter on the southeast corner near the BCL signage. You can use the powerline to move across the property. You have a nice mixture of open to much thicker areas making for a few transition areas I saw. It should hunt the hunter numbers nicely the way the property lays.

**There may be old tree stands on the property use at own risk**

**Call the agent with any questions before and after leasing, do NOT call the landowner. They do not know the hunting situation and that's why we were hired to handle their leases**
