This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This property did come with a bit of intel. There have been some pretty good bucks taken off the property and the surrounding area of this 291-ac Jackson County Tennessee Hunting Lease. There was no shortage of stand locations I noted when I was here. Be safe navigating the front trail that leads you to the NW area to enter the ridge. As you can see in the photos, many deer trails, tracks, and a few rubs were present. More than enough water, and the farm is cropped every year. There are also thorny trees here, so watch for them. I would say the turkeys likely use the ridges during this spring season. There is a resident living in the home on the farm. Some livestock is present in the area immediately around the home area. Steep ground does exist on the property, so always be conscious of those areas.
**No other livestock across the property**
**A 164" Typical has been killed in this county in the past**
**Good spot for early season velvet buck in my opinion**
**There may be old tree stands on the property use at your own risk**
**ATV/UTV's used responsibly are allowed for hunting purposes only**
**Keep a safe distance from the home when hunting, please**
**No camping area noted, so keep that in mind here**
**Call the agent with any questions before and after leasing, do NOT call the landowner. They do not know the hunting situation and that's why we were hired to handle their leases**
