This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a great smaller lease that hunts big and is close to Marietta Ohio and Parkersburg WV. This property has 40-acres of cover spread out well consisting of nice hardwoods, oaks, ravines, fingers, points, inside corners, funnels, multiflora rose, briars, and about everything a deer needs. I found plenty of deer sign including some decent rubs. There is good bedding cover here and I jumped three groups of deer on inspection. The land is rolling, and some fields are hidden from any road. Landowner rotates between hay and crops. There was a corn field on the property north of here and there is plenty of other crops in the area, which is a big plus in holding deer. Property is split on two sides of the road so you can hunt different deer groups and wind directions. The landowner lives on site to keep an eye on things.
