This hunting lease is leased and not available. You can really cover a big swath of land with this property. From North to South the property is 1.5 miles long. It sits on the side of a dead-end road and has excellent access. The property across the dead-end road is also leased through basecamp. This lease has several miles of field edges on it. This neighborhood has an excellent mix of heavy cover with enough good farmland to feed everything. This property has countless stand locations and great trees. It's obvious the deer numbers are high. The tracks and trails were heavy and everywhere. This property is in the No-Quota bear zone, so tags are guaranteed. I found a nice big bear track when viewing the property. Apparently, it just crawled out of its den for the spring. I don't think it would take too much effort to get several bears hitting a bait in this section.
