This hunting lease is leased and not available. Super Nice! This property consists of 85 acres of row crops, a 2-acre pond, and about 33 acres of mature timber. The row crops are alternated between soybeans and corn. The property has 3 streams, 2 small creeks that feed a larger one on the east side boundary. Good sign was present for both deer and turkey. I found several old rubs and scraps from the previous season. I also found tons of turkey sign. I even saw 2 groups of birds during the inspection. A few spots on the edges of the fields have not been being planted. These areas could be potential food plots if desired. Discuss food plot opportunities with the landowner in advance.

Camping and ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only. Landowner is willing to provide water and electric hookup. Landowner lives on the property.

No hunting with dogs is allowed.

Shared fishing rights. Catch and release only.

Sunday hunting is allowed.
