This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 273-acre property consists of planted pines, hardwood buffers and recently clear-cut areas (2021 & 2022). The planted pines are from around 2009. Two creeks are present on the property and an old pond that had the dam busted on it. Plenty of cover and new growth will be here for the deer. There is a section of around 100 acres that will be cut in 2022 which is indicated on the map. Food plots are welcome on this property. One is already in existence. I found several rubs and some good trails during my inspection, see pictures. Camping and ATV use are acceptable for hunting purposes only.

Sunday hunting is allowed.

Lease will begin June 1st 2022 and run for 1 year.
