Great farm with some incredible habitat. The old, overgrown pasture is dynamite. Apple trees, bedding cover and a creek are just some highlights to mention.
Currently the fields on this farm are in hay and row crops. Plenty of food, water and cover for the local deer herd here. The retired railroad tracks are thick and brushy.
I bumped 15 deer walking around this property. There is great access from the south.
Potential for a big buck using this farm is very high.
Turkey hunting is currently not allowed only because there are very few Turkeys in the immediate area
Stay off the fields when crops are in or the field is wet...No exceptions
