Big farm country property with 17 acres of hardwoods in the back. This lease is going to be good for Archery and Gun Seasons. The woods being so far off the road and in such a good farming area, I would not be surprised at all for a real giant to be harvested here.

The timber is a nice mix of hardwoods and cover. Interior and edge stands will work here. A few spots for you ground blind hunters as well. Overall, just a good farm for any type of deer hunter.
Nice place to park just off the road and you can easily walk back the east fence row to the woods.
Turkey hunting is currently not allowed only because there are very few Turkeys in the immediate area
Stay off the fields when crops are in, or the field is wet...No exceptions
ATV or UTV ok for hunting related purposes only but respect the fields
Passenger vehicles are not allowed on the tillable area of the field at any time
No Mushroom Hunting or Turkey Hunting
Stay off any CRP
