Good farm near Wildcat Creek. Your timber is all in the Southwest corner but fortunately it hunts bigger than you might see on the aerial...because of the ravines and elevation changes.
Lays out very nice for bow hunters, and I was pleased to confirm plenty of active deer sign.
Big tillable field will provide food for the deer during the Summer and Fall. Also, great surrounding properties and habitat... which really rounds out this solid Basecamp lease. Expect some very good hunting during the rut phases.
