I cannot tell you how hard it is to acquire property in this area, but here we go. This is Allen County, Kentucky, and this property is predominantly hardwood timber with a few cedars here and there. I walked all over the property, and there is a good amount of deer traffic on the lease, as you will see. I saw several rubs, tracks, beds, and trails. Several springs seem to flow right through here, so never without water. I also bumped turkey here. Convenient to my southern members since the TN state line is 1.25 miles away, or to anyone else, of course. The ground in this area is gently rolling and not steep at all. There are homes and a church near the property lines, so be aware.
