This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This is a very good smaller farm for your group. The property has a nice mix of CRP, woods, and row crops. Deer sign was easy to find, and you might like at least a half dozen spots to setup your tree stand.
If I was introducing a new hunter to our great sport, I would lease this in a heartbeat. The action will be solid, and you never know when a nice buck will show up in this area.
Good parking pull in spot as well at the northeast side of farm
ATV / UTV is permitted for hunting related purposes only
Passenger vehicles are not allowed on the tillable area of the field at any time
Please stay off the fields when the crops are in, or the field is too wet with your ATV / UTV
No Mushroom Hunting or Turkey Hunting
Stay off any CRP
