This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here is a great property located in Comanche County, Oklahoma
Here's an excellent lease with several opportunities to harvest different game, The lease is not far from the Wichita Mountains and that gives the hunters the option for whitetail, hogs, turkey, waterfowl, quail and also an added bonus of elk. Landowner states there will be a good chance to harvest an elk during hunting season. He says the elk run the river and by him keeping wheat planted out on the property, they take advantage of it and graze the wheat. He says there are lots of deer in the area also, along with turkey and hogs. The ponds he says has waterfowl on them during waterfowl season too.
Landowner says he has some quail this year.
Walking this property, I seen several areas that a good stand or ground blind could be put up. Mesquite is scattered on the property and landowner keeps the bottom planted in wheat. Good timber running along the creek with lots of cover. Two good size ponds to be able to waterfowl hunt on.
Not far from town, but landowner says hunters can camp if there hunting. Four wheelers are for hanging stands and feeders and retrieving game. No recreational riding.
Cattle on property, there is a 160 on the south end of property that is not sectioned off from this 160 and the cattle run on both properties.
Don't let this property get by you, I don't have the opportunity to list to many properties that elk can be hunted on.
Landowner says no alcohol or drugs on property
