This lease is an opportunity to discover what the sandhills of Nebraska has to offer, beautiful scenery and an abundance of game. One part of this 1561 acres is a creek bottom pasture, an excellent place for tree stands and whitetail hunting. There are multiple waterholes throughout the lease, could also do some waterfowl hunting in a few areas. The best part of the lease is approximately 640 acres of secluded CRP that does not see any cattle grazing. The CRP holds game birds, mule deer, and whitetail. Unfortunately, during my inspection, the weather turned against me, and I did not get a chance to inspect the CRP area. The CRP will make for some fantastic spot and stalk hunting! This lease will defiantly give hunters some of the best of all types of deer hunting, highly suggest a physical inspection of this lease. This is a working cattle grazing ranch as most of these sandhills properties are, but again does have the large, secluded CRP area that game will concentrate in.
