This hunting lease is leased and not available.
OK, here in Cannon County, you will be hunting 84-acres that recently underwent a timber harvest, as you can see in the pictures. I have been here before, and I can tell you both then, and now there are great deer numbers here, and turkeys are abundant also. You are good to go with food plots in any openings you can do so. You can use the old building if you want, but use it with caution and at your own risk. The neighbor who lives here confirmed the good deer numbers day of inspection; he said, "the deer haven't left and we see a lot of deer some days." You know the property will only get better with time from here forward. There will be plenty to eat and good bedding here in the future. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
**A 175 7/8 non-typical was killed in Cannon County in the past**
**Definitely an off-grid property**
**Food plots OK by landowner**
**There may be old tree stands on the property, so use at your own risk**
**Another hard to get county now available to you**
**The field at the back is shared so be respectful of the nice neighbor**
**Call the agent with any questions before and after leasing, do NOT call the landowner. They do not know the hunting situation and that's why we were hired to handle their leases**
