Any and all whitetail hunters would be very happy with this piece of property. Row crops surround the woods and a big nasty wetland marsh is on the west side of the woods, providing some good bedding habitat. Plenty of deer sign in and around the woods.
Neighbor farms look very good as well. Seeing and harvesting deer will not be a problem.
Great access for truck and trailer is from the Southwest corner. Town is just a couple miles if you need basic supplies or good restaurant choices.
Turkey hunting is currently not allowed only because there are very few Turkeys in the immediate area.
