Nice spot off the highway just West of Russiaville. A farm this size allows both hunters to spread out, allowing each to have multiple hunting locations for all the wind directions. This farm also has 2 very good access points basically on opposite corners. Having over a 1/2 mile of creek on the property is a huge plus. As I pulled in at the northwest corner I saw 6 deer just standing near the creek... probably there getting a drink. Eventually they moved on to the east of the farm. This is a good farm at a good price. You should be pleased with how it lays and the habitat it offers.

Turkey hunting is currently not allowed only because there are very few Turkeys in the immediate area.

Stay off the fields when crops are in or the field is wet...No exceptions
