Although it is a working cattle farm there are hay fields and woods that the cattle cannot access. The cattle numbers are small considering and I estimate about 20-30 head which includes several calves being raised here. Big hardwoods are here so mast shouldn't be an issue for some years. There are a few cedars, pine, and hardwoods mixed in on the south end of the lease. You'll find some spots are easier to access than others but there is a good road system here.
