Now, this 461-ac Kentucky Hunting Lease is very diverse and sits near the Taylor and Marion County lines. It is solely in Taylor County and lays really big. It has towering Oaks and other hardwoods but also a few cedars in the mix. The farm is a nice complement of fields to woods as you can see across it. There are springs, creeks a pond or two. There are rental homes on the lease and they are very watchful of the property I found out on the day of inspection. The land is rolling and there are a couple of spots where the ground is a bit steeper but there are gentle lying woods as well. I was able to navigate by UTV a large portion of the property and you can get away from the crowd here. The property has a ton of potential for the right group who lands here and wants to manage it for a few years. There are again a handful of cows here and you will see there are a few places they do not use at all. Hunting season usually finds them in the hay lot where they spend their time feeding and hanging near the barns. I really like this farm and the landowner is easy to work with you will find.
