This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a fantastic river bottom farm located in Wabash County, which is not only a deer lease but is open to all legal game and waterfowl. The property features a mix of timber, row crops, bedding areas, and water sources. A canal runs through the property, creating natural funnels that deer are funneled through. While you can walk across the canal, it had about 4 to 5 inches of water during my visit. I didn't cross it at the time, as I didn't have my rubber boots, but you'll need boots that cover above the ankles. The photos provided are from the south side of the canal and the west side of the farm. Be aware that during spring rains, crossing on foot will not be likely. The aerial photo shows a yellow line indicating the easement/farm road, which is rocked and offers a wide parking and turnaround area. This lease is also very secluded, sitting about a half-mile from the county road, ensuring privacy with no road noise or traffic.
