This hunting lease is leased and not available. A very unique little river bottom hunting spot. The winding river creates a couple wooded pockets that will hold deer and turkey. This will make a great lease for a couple of hunters from Lincoln or Omaha, 30 minutes from Lincoln. I remember a few years ago an absolute giant buck was taken in this area, maybe off this same river. There is a tree line along the north boundary giving some privacy from the railroad and paved road. On warm early season days, you can catch deer coming to water in the river and at those river edges where both banks are low deer will be crossing to and from bedding areas. With a few cameras, a hunter could quickly see what is cruising up and down this river edge, and then wait for that hit list buck's final mistake.
